The 3 historic falls in the heart of the City of Rochester. Heavily used and easily accessible.  The upper falls anchors the High Falls district, with its many restaurants, bars and historic mill sites. The High Falls site contains a museum documenting the history of the site and the Brown's Race (a man-made diversion) runs through it. Laser light shows run regularly during the summer.
