what a beauty. the fact that the ampitheatre is so large - and the crest of the waterfall so wide (20') makes this a gem. Never knew about it until this past year - which is a shame

There was a lot of garbage in the creek when I visited. Beer cans, water bottles, shoes.

hmmm, it was beautiful when I was there. I wonder if there just happened to be a redneck convention in session when you were there

I got to see this waterfall for the first time. I cannot believe I lived so close to this waterfall my whole life and never once had seen it before. The water was not flowing all that well, but enough to make it a trip worth taking ... and my knee actually took the climb pretty well :D
