The purpose of these challenges are to encourage us to get out and get the best shot of an assigned subject. It's a great way to enhance your photography skills.
Even if you think you take crappy pictures, please join in. Those of you just reading the forum and not posting, this is your chance to join in and show off

Post shots of pertaining to "The Woods." It doesn't have to be of a forest... just anything closely related to the subject... and post as many photos as you'd like- we'd love to see them all.

The only other rule... it has to be taken in upstate NY. Be creative. There are no other rules... and maybe I'll pick a winner each month.

I tried to make this tree look creepy, but I guess and old photo look will have to do untill I can figure out a better way.

Scary tree?

That 2nd shot makes it look like there's a full moon shining overhead and slightly behind the tree. Definitely creepy!
