The Cascade - Munnsville

There are references to The Cascade (or Cascades) in Madison County on several other websites, but there are few accounts of anyone going there. It's located just North of the quarry in Munnsville, a short hop from Stockbridge Falls. Coordinates are: 42.968836°, -75.578524°
It looks pretty interesting on aerial imagery:

Looking at tax maps, it appears up to three parcels might be part of the area with varying ownership. Does anyone know anything else about these falls?
