That was actually Fall Creek gorge. I didn't say anything at the time because they're so close, but they discovered another body this afternoon. No details yet.

Another student jumped on Friday, but they have yet to recover the body. I believe that the heavy flow from the snow melt hampered efforts. Reports indicated that rescuers kept losing sight of the body as it moved downstream. :(

This is going to eventually lead to the whole area being fenced off and patroled.

Is the falls called Carpenter Falls? Asking because at the top of the page it says "Rate Carpenter Falls"

These students jumped from the Thurston Ave. bridge, as far as I know. There are security personnel watching the bridge, for the time being.

I'm not sure why the Carpenter Falls survey is popping up.

I fixed the survey.
Students kill themselves from those bridges all the time. They need higher fences. I doubt they will close this gorge down... as they would have done it years ago.
