I have an app on my phone that allows me to see all the uploads to flickr and picasa y location nearest to me. Last night's sunset was stellar, even those of us not near a visible horizon. nearly 100 pics of it were uploaded yesterday.
My photos from the s95 were bland and wouldn't stitch to a panorama right.
Using a three shot stitch, I added a blank layer and painted over the photo using the fan brushes and speckle, sampling colors from around the pic. then set the transparency of the painted layer to 75% and adjusted the saturation by quite a lot. couldn't get the blend right over the deep blue, but it looks alright.
