Matthew...... 1) Distance between those two signs was about 100 yards or so !

2) Will check to see if I have any photo's dealing with the grounds of the museum it self

3) There is more dealing with the Sculpture of the Aircraft on the pole, this is a small dedication park involved that at the time I was there last was rather tore up when that photo was taken. Since now we can add more at a latter date, I will cover more of that in the very near future,

Sorry for the delay, Howard. The issue that is holding this up is that our system is only designed to take single signs located at a single point. If I can figure out a way to combine multiple points on the map into one, I can get this in no problem. I have to figure that technical issue out first.

Matthew...... Hope you can clear up the technical issues, dealing with the Glenn Curtiss sign. I have another submission that in this case has two different pieces of historical data on each side of the same sign! .... Howie

One sign is easy. We can just plot one marker and fill the page with duplicate data fields.

I've often marveled at how the club sandwich makes such efficient use of both sides of that one inside piece of bread. Perhaps the world of historic markers has finally caught up.

Spent the week end once again at Keuka lake, adding a few more items to the Glenn Curtiss submission, and this will be for the most part the end of it for me. Not sure what more could be added any way!

Nice work Howard. Got a couple of questions.....

Are you, by any chance, able to provide the coordinates of each of the 2 markers. If so, perhaps we can sift your information and supporting photos into 2 separate but connected posts.

What would really help is this:

Glen H. Curtiss marker coordinates are: ?

Cradle of Aviation marker coordinates are: ?

If you can at least closely approximate with Acme Mapper, that would be great! (Not exactly sure which of the 2 markers you provided coordinates for already.)
GPS coordinates of the street marker.
42.39833 -77.23167
(use of Acme mapper 2.0)
Also, for those 2 new images, the file sizes for both are above our recommendations. Please check that.
3. Compressed enough to load fast. Saving out to file sizes from 150 to 350 KB. The faster the better, but don't ruin the quality of your image.

Additionally, could you put the required photo credit text on them please?
You MUST mark your images
Along the bottom with legible text and must not obscure any important features of the photo.
Follow this format (leave out the ©, if you want your image to be shared (see above)) :

For example:
Thanks a bunch!
