Has anybody been to Owl Woods this year?
I hope the migration is normal this year

I'm hoping to head out there next Saturday morning. I've still never seen an owl there. :( (after about 3 visits)

I wasn't thinking about it, but if anyone is going, I can meet them there.

I'm hoping to be there by 9:00 tomorrow morning. My cell is 716-270-3672 and I'll be driving a silver Toyota Matrix if anyone else will be there.

Well, instead of getting there at 9:00 I managed to leave the house at 9:00.
No, I'm not a morning person. :bedtime:
I didn't see any owls. No living ones at least. I did see this... Saw whet killed by a hawk?

Nope, no other folks there. The hawk banding station was busy though.
The pink feet on that bird are now making me think that was a juvenile something or other. That pic is roughly actual size. But wouldn't it be too early in the year for something to be hatched and grown to that size already?
