Yep. At your age,from then on it's just steady decline into a coffin.
Looks like it's going to be a chilly one again this year but not so bad. wear layer. bring a hat, bring water.

I'm in. Wait for me please. yeah chilly to start, but ends nicely! if you believe weathermen/persons, 43 at 8 AM, 59 at 11 AM, 70 @ 2 PM

How was the trip? I was jealous that I could not go. The weather here was great, so I would think you had good weather too.

It was great. Perfect weather. Nice flow on all the falls. Lighting wasn't great for waterfall photos, but for a work-out, it was a good hike.

The weather was perfect. Great hike. Cell phone reception was iffy. Thanks for organizing Matt.
Insane rainbow at the middle falls. Bobcat drove from Buffalo area!
