How many more ugly, oversized pieces of multicolored plastic "art" must we endure before the powers-that-be realize that our city looks a giant carnival covering 37+ square miles?!

The benches were kinda tacky.
And this is just beyond ridiculous.

The horses were OK.Beginning in the spring of 2013, 100 limited-edition, 5-foot-tall fiberglass golf balls on tees will be showcased throughout the Greater Rochester area and Western New York, adding to the excitement of the 95th PGA Championship, taking place at Oak Hill Country Club in August!
