That's superb! It spans colors like a rainbow, from yellow-orange-red in the upper left, through shades of green, grey, to hints of blue in the bottom right. Well done!
Although i have yet to trek there, this appears to be the opening to Excelsior Glen

I tend to screw up most of my waterfall photos somehow.
That said I feel this one would have been perfect... if there had been less wind

That's fantastic! The sense of motion from the falls tot he left, then back to the right... all in focus and with a good color mood. Well done!

What I am most proud of, apart from being able to capture some of those patterns in the water, is that I was able to get the picture almost perfectly horizontal without being able to see the viewfinder. >.> (It was about 1.5 degrees off, I fixed it in GIMP.) I was not planning to cycle the return 7km with wet feet so instead of wading out in the creek I set up the tripod on a submerged rock about as far away as I felt I could reach, and leaned over to press the button.

Given the current weather, I though I would add this in from the last big snow storm i went out into. I really love this picture for the winter storm capture and the contrast. Spring will come…someday!
