After the drought those ought to be safe enough.

I'm thinking strands of Christmas lights . . . :idea:

Maybe we could wrap Bill_K up in them and roll him down a hill while the rest of us shoot! :lol: ;)

Or glowsticks. The dollar store always has them.

Glow sticks are always a safe bet.

Christmas lights are a great idea as well!
