Jim's beef jerky was perfect for the trail. I was hoping that he would make the trip, and bring a big bag with him. Been thinking about that jerky since the last time we met up for a prowl. Thanks again Jim, Ben and I loved the 'bacon' as Ben put it.

As a matter of fact yes I can I've been selling it to people at work and some people from my daughtes school!
I make a batch about every week and a half to two weeks.
