Finally getting to these.... that reminds me I still have Florida pictures to process... which reminds me I still have California photos to process...

The first night we walked down to Battery Park. The Statue of Liberty was clearly visible (with a 600mm reach

)

Unexpectedly, a fireworks show happened just to the east.

at 9 they shut off the falls

This is Pier 17, which has a mall on it. Our hotel was a few blocks away

Very cool shots Matt...I was just there last weekend. Pier 17 is also the Seaport.

Yeah... pier 17 is the spot to pick up the Circle Line or Water Taxi tours.

Day 2 started with a tour of the harbor. It left from pier 17. We took the Circle Line.
