Little Things That Piss You Off

I just figured I would make a place where we could rant about our of the little pet peeves we have that drive us crazy....or maybe it's just for me.

- People who continue to drive in the left lane, when there have been 20 signs saying "Left Lane Ends"

-People who respond to the question "How are you?" based on the day of the week it is "Eh, it's a Monday"

-Watching the gas price go up every time i pass the same gas station

-The Bills blowing a lead in the final 10 seconds of a game

-People who don't use turn signals

-Cell phone salesman who stop you in the middle of the mall to ask about what plan you have

-Mind of Mencia

just a few for now...i'm sure i'll come up with a bunch more

people who talk in cell phones in public - you're not important and no one gives a shit about your conversation...go somewhere else

people riding bicycles in the road

Good timing on this thread! Feral cats! My dogs typically do a good job of chasing away any cat that appears on the property, but somehow we've ended up with a 6(?) month old tiger & white kitten. There may even be another one lurking around, but if so it's much wilder as I've only caught glimpses of it. The cat in question has been here long enough that it no longer runs when it sees me. I can't get close, nor do I want to, but now that I'm seeing it every day I'm starting to feel sorry for it. UGH!!! I can't kill it. I have no desire to try to tame it. I absolutely refuse to feed it. I can't just ignore it. If it's a female (and I suspect it is), she will reproduce--soon. Feral cats are hell on wild birds. My only option is to live trap it and take it to my vet to be euthanized. Having my vet fix it and give it one round of shots does little good. It will still be an indiscriminate killer and the shots are useless without boosters. I hate being put in these situations!

- any animal that crosses my car's path and decides to stare at me rather than move
