This is the highest lake in NY called " Lake Tear of the Clouds" Elev. 4334
for those of us that have climbed Marcy, Skylight or Gray have seen this lake below us if the clouds were above us.

Yea I would agree with that I've been there 3 times and theres never been much water in it.
