This is a waterfall I have always admired. Maybe cause so few waterfalls in NYS you travel west for. It is all by it self. Close to the prison. Short hike, but the last 100 feet are tough. It didn't help that there was a sign in that last 100 feet spray painted: "DANGER, ground bees." There is rope, but maybe you bring your own if you bring gear.

That's a great blue. Gravity finally found this heron. What a place to rest.

These posts are a bit confusing.

The Attica Reservoir on Nesbitt Rd is a source of Crow Creek. It tumbles down several hundred feet before reaching the Tonawanda Creek south of Attica. Actually, there are three reservoirs. Cascade Falls is off Cascade Road, where someone took a picture of the 'upper' falls coming out of the Culvert under Cascade Road. It does plummet another 50-60 feet shortly thereafter. Walls are steep, shales sides with mud could be dangerous. These are the Cascade Falls.

The creek tumbles down stream a few more times before reaching the second reservoir (all private property)... eventually leading to the third reservoir and the source of the water processing plant on Dunbar Road. I believe the road sign is from Dunbar, with a sharp curve and steep grade, hence the mph suggestion. If coming down the hill and unable to make the curve, you will crash as many have done so. At the base of the curve, you can see two tumbles over the manmade structures. This may be what you refer to as the reservoir falls?

Also, the was a falls in Attica on the Tonawanda Creek - seen from the Main Street bridge between Water and Market streets. It is now a pave spillway / slant to control erosion behind Market street buildings. A mill was formerly here. It falls 6-8 feet down the spill way.
