That's exactly what it is!. I've been going here since I was a kid. Those are my cousins Lexie, Gabrielle and Hayley climbing around, "supervised" by my wife Julie in a few shots! Some of those boulders are bigger than houses.

I was up in the high peaks region of the Adorondacks last Saturday ( 9/8 ) and was able to get a few pretty good pictures. I figured I'd post them here even though they're not really IN the forest.
