WOWSERS Thats quite the falls! I once tried to visit these falls, but didn't venture up the creek as there were a ton of posted signs.

Hi Kim! Nice to hear from you again! I haven't seen those falls in so many years that I forgot what they looked like. We own a portion of that creek near the headwaters, about 4 miles upstream.

The problem is that (I believe) there are multiple landowners involved. I'm not sure who they are anymore. I haven't hiked up there since I was in girl scouts (40? years ago). It would be a great outing! It's not something that I have the time to research right now, but if someone else wants to I'm certainly willing to offer input/assistance.

As I recall from when I was researching these falls, there are indeed multiple landowners.
