Some great photos here. Chills me to bone.

I hope anyone shooting close to the edge will rope in. Even a simple line. You never know how stable the edge is with 2-3 feet of snow especially if packed (freeze/melt/freeze) by mist from the falls. david

Business Man's Falls, aka Wells Falls, aka Van Vatta's Cascade in Ithaca, NY. In a few months this will be crowded with students taking a dip or a picnic. But on this day I had the place to myself, and I was able to walk across the ice to get this angle of the falls.

Nice shot. This is a very cool spot that I first saw last year when the flow was a lot lower. I plan on re-visiting again this year.
