Oh, hell no. Just like a grasshopper is a grasshopper and a cricket is a cricket in my world...:lol: It's really tough to say without seeing a side shot (at least for me). There are over 200 species of the family Tettigoniidae in North America. The more that I looked, the more confused I became.

Mike spotted this walking stick on my office porch this morning. I tried to get a photo of me holding it, but the darn thing was too fast--up my arm, on my head, down my back... :lol: I had to settle for a photo of it on a towel on the floor, where it would finally stay still:
