Just like with our Counting Cameras assignment, only with letters.
Take a photo the next letter or punctuation in the quote below.
Yes, a letter you can find out in the world or something that looks like or represents the letter we need. If you happen to find a swan with an S-shaped neck, snap a photo, crop it tight, and use it as an S.
No duplicate subjects. If someone already posts a photo of say... their S key on the keyboard...don't go photographing your own keyboard. Get out and get creative.
No photos of computer monitors, TV screens, print-outs - It's just too easy.
What else is not allowed?
A single letter written on paper, or a tattooed on an ass.
In "Case"...
Case does not mater here.... caps... lower... a letter is a letter.
Some ideas...
Cemeteries, churches, street signs, tree branches, sidewalks, clouds...
Crop, Crop, Crop...
When we are done, I want to make small thumbnails of all the letters and put them all together. Make sure your letter can be understood when made small. A good submission would usually be cropped tightly, and square would be nice too.
Here is the phrase we need to spell
We all know that Art is not truth. Art is a lie that makes us realize the truth, at least the truth that is given to us to understand.
-Pablo Picasso
That's it. Have fun.
