The second easement includes about 76 acres of woodland owned by the college at Van Buskirk Glen in Newfield. The wooded parcel of land, donated by Bob Robinson to Ithaca College, is listed as a Tompkins County Unique Natural Area. The newly protected land includes a central portion of Van Buskirk Glen, mature woodlands, a steep sided gorge and several water falls

good news. We tried to visit here last summer but came up on posted signs. Do you know where the access point is to the area that the FLLT now owns? I wonder if its the same entrance to the creek that's described in the Freemans book.
