Growing up in Batavia we always went to Oliver's so that's why I'm a fan. I like that their chocolate has a smooth milky flavor and is not overly sweet like some chocolates. Chocolates that are overly sweet make me feel sick to my stomach.
To become truly immortal, a work of art must escape all human limits: logic and common sense will only interfere. But once these barriers are broken, it will enter the realms of childhood visions and dreams.

Bill,
Not sure about sugar content in chocolate. I don't think I can pick up on it. I do have to admit... Oliver's makes the best molasses suckers, which are big in Buffalo, but last year I tried some from each shop in Buff, but nothing compared to the tiny ones at Oliver's.

That first one has great curves (for the Feb. challenge) and looks absolutely mouth-watering.
