Can anyone help attach a name to this falls? I literally slammed on the brakes along route 73 when I saw this spectacular one. It spills off the col between Giant and Noble Mountains. This photo doesn't do it any justice. It's the closest I could zoom as my camera would allow. From the crest to the valley floor was definitely hundreds of feet. It is labeled in my Gazeteer as just "Falls".

nope, that's not it. I can't figure out how to put a thumbtack in google maps.
Scroll along route 73 east, then south through Keene Valley and St. Huberts until you see Chapel Pond. It's on the opposite side of the road as Chapel Pond. You'll be able to clearly see the valley it flows through.

Nope, the marker didn't "stick". Oh well... the falls would be dead center in the map on my link.
