It's History Season!

Postby Matt » Fri Mar 23, 2012 8:52 am

The green is coming back. The mud and dirt is dissipating, and everything is starting to look a bit more cheery.
More importantly, those historic sites are unobstructed by snow and looking prettier by the day.

It's time to start collecting those historic marker photos again.

Be sure to look over some of the recent posts for a model of what we are looking for. And check out our new submission form to see what is required to submit.
Remember to be a documentarian when shooting, but don't let that stifle your creativity.

I'm gonna hold off till things are a little more green.

You do realize, that's going to be the day after tomorrow, don't you? ;)

I am fearless, because I've been afraid.
I am wise, because I've been foolish.

That's where I was headed with that comment. ;) Although, perhaps an opportunity to catch some bright yellows and purples would be missed. I'll try and get out!

I think we do need spring photos. Go for it! I will be out this weekend, based on a nice tip on the location of a couple of cool ones.

If it does, I know just who to blame.
