A note from the NYFalls.com founder:
Due to a company restructuring, I will be losing my full time job soon. Although it saddens me to leave the company that I have helped build up for the last 14 years to the success it is today, I am looking forward to new opportunities. I am known for my technical, managerial, and creative abilities, and I hope to utilize all of those talents in my next career. I put together a résumé outlining my skills and projects. Please have a look. Although I am open to any management position, I would like to leverage my experience and success with NYFalls.com and NYHistoric.com into a career in the WNY travel/tourism industry. If you know of a company that would benefit from someone with talents and experience, please spread the word. Thank you for your help and support.

Kelly, The 4th one in the second set with the finger...is that pointing where the body is? Or were the individual ended up in the afterlife?

I was wondering the same thing.
BTW, awesome shots everyone.

Thanks guys. That definately was out of my comfort zone...but it was fun...glad I went too.

Ha! :) Good question.....! This is the first downward pointing finger I've seen since I've been regularly tramping around cemeteries - and here's what a quick Google tells me:

A hand with the index finger pointing upward symbolizes the hope of heaven, while a hand with the index finger pointing down represents God reaching down for the soul.

These have great color.

Like #4 the best. I think i would crop out the head stones in the top upper hill cause the "Slice" look of those tombstones seems to offer up some hidden story. Like a small village cemetery suddenly never got used again for some odd reason.
