How does the money from the sale Lead to water rate increases?
I also find it ridiculous that the city isn't using this money to fix the water system that leaks 1/4 of its water, and results in a city in such a water-rich region can have some of the highest rates in the great lakes region?! ****ing outrage! Duffy shouldn't be leading squat.
