I've got to search the topos for waterfalls in those areas.

Pretty sure the state park isn't that new -- I've always seen the sign showing it's a state park for a few years. Maybe everything was just finalized recently, but it's been a state park for a bit.

Matt -- I haven't really investigated the park (been through a part of it for a geocache), but I don't think there are waterfalls in this one.

There is a very pretty waterfall in this park. It's not well known that it is there, though. No guard rails or anything and has a steep bank.
