Had a great hike on Sunday. We did 14 miles in just over 8 hours, spent a good 45 minutes on top before heading out. Happy the weather held out. 18 pictures make up this view.

Thanks everybody,
That was one of the better hikes weather wise. I don't get too many of those. Most of the time it's cloudy, raining or snowing so we don’t see much, on the brighter side every hike has been good in one way or another.

Black Fly season is on now, it was fine going in on sunday but a little buggy on the way out. Cooler weather will keep them at bay, it ends late May early June. Then the horse, deer flies are out and if it's warm and muggy they bite. Mid June you could have both and misquotes too but a good bug repellent will hold of the black flies and misquotes, I haven’t found anything to hold back the horse flies. Aside from being a nuance the horse flies were nasty on one hike, I must have had 100 plus bites but it was real warm and muggy that day. I went back and did the same hike three days later and had no problem but it was 10 to 15 degs Cooler.
