7 days a week. 4.5 mile walk. Hand weights and some other stupid exercises twice a day. I've lost 45 pounds and have a shitload more to go, but I feel great. How's that for personal?

I was at work listening to Howard Stern. A coworker and myself thought it was an on air hoax. It wasnt until lunchtime that we realized the actuallity of what had happened.
