can someone please tell me who or what show #33 is from?! my teacher looks exactly like him and i want to know the name this is the first place ive seen this character apart from on tv a long time ago its been driving me crazy for weeks!!! please answer

Oh yeah, #60 is Angelica Pickles from the Rug Rats, cheated and looked it up. I remember my niece watching that all the time and me thinking how annoying it was.

The critic was such a great show.. and still holds up for us older folks who can get the references. There was also a crossover episode on the Simpsons.
It used to be on Netflix streaming, but not anymore.
