Well since the cake is old news it doesn't matter what i say, but coming from a baking family I'd say I'd toss it personally. From the looks of the cupcakes it worked out ok, but the flour and baking soda/powder will lose it's effectiveness over time. It's like yeast, it won't rise as well. But I assume they give lots more time on those dates then you think.


As for the fudge, does your belly hurt eating that much?

No regrets on the fudge.
It was sealed in a foodsaver vacuum bag and it was very tender and tasted just right
