I expected it to be pulpy. It's not, but very carrot-y and if made with young carrots - very sweet! Just be careful not to overdo it.....you WILL turn orange.

I signed up fro Graze.com ( https://www.graze.com/us/p/6VXYDM65U ) after reading favorable reviews.
Basically for $6/week (first week free), they send you a box of 4 healthy snacks (usually trail mixes, crackers, granola) each week. You can rate the snacks so they will customize future boxes base on your preferences. Cancel any time.
It's invite only. I have 4 invites (through the above link) If anyone signs up, let me know, then post your invite link if you please.
I'll let you know how my first box turns out.

So I'm several months into my Graze subscription and I'm loving it. Out of perhaps 20 items I didn't like maybe 3. Many, I love, even a few I thought I would hate.
I love the Spicy varieties... where they mix hot and sweet (chili and honey) and the dips are fantastic, but there are never enough chips or crackers.. but that's kind of the point. Small portions + new tastes.
I'm going to stick with it for the foreseeable future. The price of a couple of bags of doritos for some healthier snacks and the opportunity to try new things is so worth it.

Americans.... they almost always look at health as ingestion.
Need to lose weight? Eat MORE of this!
Need vitamins? Eat MORE of this!
This food item has more iron. Eat a ton of it!
Have heart disease? Smother your cheerios with olive oil!!!
This <insert trendy superfood here> is good for you says Oprah. Eat it, eat it, eat it!
Need better skin? Eat more of this!
Not getting 1000000% of your daily vitamins? You need to eat more KALE!
The last thing people should be doing is eating MORE.
Eat less. Stop falling for fads based on anecdotal or marketing science.
Yes, it's hard to investigate studies for all foods to be sure the "anti-cancer berries" and the "super heart oil" is really what that magazine or TV ad says. until the people at "Information is Beautiful" pooled real data together and made it easy to understand.
Let's get scientific.

*take a look and see what foods actually have decent scientific evidence for being effective for weight control. Surprise!
Also, if you are eating a food because it is packed with vitamins, you are being suckered. There's little to no evidence taking in more than your what your body needs of vitamins has any health benefits whatsoever. Vitamins are what they are: essentials. They aren't medicines.
