Nice, sounds good. Are the hotpots the same as you experienced in China? Will have to check it out the next time I'm out that way.

If you want hotpot similar to what I had in china (with less exotic meats), they Hot Pot place in Henrietta is pretty good.
No brains though :(

It's fresh parsley from the pot in our dining room window. Growing sooooo slowly, but it's finally big enough to grab some. My husband got me a book on photographing food for christmas, so I'm trying to work on it slowly. He makes such nice looking (and great tasting!) food I just have to shoot it!
