The purpose of these challenges is to encourage us to get out and get the best shot of an assigned subject. It's a great way to enhance your photography skills.
Even if you think you take crappy pictures, please join in. Those of you just reading the forum and not posting, this is your chance to join in and show off.

This month's challenge: "Farmers' Markets"

It has to be taken in Upstate NY. *


A winner will be selected based on the following criteria:
-freshness (have we seen it somewhere before or did you take it just for this challenge? - we prefer the latter!)
-frame
-subject
-creativity
-use of color (or lack thereof)
-uniqueness

* Photos taken outside of Upstate NY are welcome for display as long as they are labeled as such.

Monroe County
Brighton Farmers Market: 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sundays, May 26 to Oct. 27, at the Brighton High School parking lot, 1150 S. Winton Road, Brighton. On June 30, the market will relocate, temporarily, to Temple B’rith Kodesh, 2131 Elmwood Ave., Brighton, while the high school parking lot is being repaved. My guess is that actual farmer's stalls and shops would be included too.
