I only spent a few hours there early Saturday but walked the whole route both ways...saw it all.

I only briefly walked through. It was really too hot to enjoy it. When I was there it was crowds just lined up for the next free slushie or iced coffee sample. And that lawn sprinkler was the biggest attraction.
The Park Ave fest is definitely one of the more unique festivals, with fierce entrepreneurial presence. There are always new business springing up there. And the art presence seemed to have eclipsed the Corn Hill Fest in recent years (boy has that festival declined rapidly).
