I'm sure this is an "old trick" for some of y'all, but being relatively new to photography I found this to be pretty freakin' cool and plan to use it.

Anybody have any other "on the cheap" tricks like this they'd like to share? I'm sure we all know and use some little tricks that, in a budget-conscious time for everyone, can help us achieve great results without having to spend too much.

Dang, i hiked up a glen on Honeoye late afternoon, set up the tripod and the main screw knob to tighten the swivel head is missing.

Anyone know if that screw head is replaceable on the Manfrotto? david
