This is a Yellow Crab Spider that looks to have been eating very well with the amount of debris all over the flower. Spotted this spider while on one of our summer walks through Owl Woods.

You know, I did try! He just wasn't as cooperative as some I've encountered. Perhaps he's just a little leery of women at this point in the season. :lol: So, you'll just have to use the dogwood berries as a point of reference.
