Took lots of photos of interesting wildlife while hiking. Not a wildlife expert though. Could anyone help identify these and let me know their level of certainty or indicate what specific characteristics they used to identify it? That way I'll do a better job identifying it myself next time!
What bird?
What frog?
Dog doo doo or?
Riverfront flower
Critter
Wild blackberries looks like to me
Butterfly- species?
Another butterfly- species?
Woodpecker holes. Can anything be deduced from looking at the holes as to the species?
Edible?
Similar berry but blue. Edible?
Same berry but not yet ripe?
Poop of what?
St Lawrence County wildlife help please

I'm going to say no. It looks like a Viburnum species but I'm not 100% certain.cmp301 wrote:Edible?

Perhaps Kelly can help us out with the berries. Without seeing more of the leaves/shrub it's hard for me to say. I'm not great with scat either. If it's medium-large dog sized with hair it's likely coyote. Smaller and tapered on both ends with hair is likely fox. Raccoon will be blunt on both ends and contains much more vegetation & seeds, rarely hair. If it's really big and full of seeds it's a bear!

Edible? I also say no, but don't think it's viburnum. On a tree rather than a shrub, correct? I've seen these before, but don't know what it is.
Similar berry but blue. Edible? Leaves look like dogwood to me - I'm going with Pagoda Dogwood.TOXIC! Don't eat. /ID by leaves
Same berry but not yet ripe? Different than above. I'd think green is unripe and white is ripe. Almost certainly another type of dogwood - Red Osier, perhaps.TOXIC - Don't eat!/ ID by Leaves, branches, berries
