And the reason for this is that we are a very hilly area. The Town of Ithaca essentially consists of three hills surrounding the City of Ithaca. And a lot of the erosion and contamination of Cayuga Lake comes from the tributaries, and so what we’re trying to do is based on the watershed acreage, have a regulation to say that there are certain areas near a stream that you simply can’t disturb. You can’t use pesticides, you can’t use fertilizers. And the reason is to keep all of that stuff and erosion away from the stream so that what goes into the lake is more natural runoff and cleaner water.
