Three falls on the Keshequa near Sonyea - best way in?

I was wondering if anyone has any recommendations for the best way into the three falls of Keshequa Creek in the Sonyea State Forest.
The forest is of course state land but the falls are deep within it. The old Pennsylvania Railroad grade, which extends through the forest from Tuscarora to Sonyea, is reportedly broken by washouts and almost disappeared in most places.
It appears that there is a DEC jeep trail from the dead end of Union Corners Road--how feasible is that? Does it lead to the area of the three falls?
From above, it's a beautiful valley, less dramatic than Letchworth but as silent in its fastness.
